Prior to working with Marcus & Millichap, Watt was a personal trainer with a fitness club in downtown Houston, managing the fitness programs as well as training and teaching fitness classes. Watt has a degree from Texas A&M in applied exercise and physiology and served as an intern strength coach at the University of Houston.

Brad Barham has been associated with Marcus & Millichap since 2008. Brad specializes in the Saint Louis, Missouri Apartment Market working with private clients. He has closed over $100 MM in real estate transactions over the course of his career. Brad is licensed in the States of Missouri, Mississippi, and Alabama. Brad has worked on multifamily investments across several states specifically Alabama, Missouri, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas, and Louisiana.
Brad’s sales and marketing expertise come from Marcus & Millichap’s training. Brad gained expertise on multifamily operations through his experience as the founder of a management company which he subsequently sold prior to moving to St. Louis to pursue multifamily brokerage full time.
Over his 10-year plus career Brad has served as an expert witness in lawsuits between lenders and borrowers, has advised many banks and private clients on distressed assets, managed single construction projects in excess of $2.5 MM, provided capital needs lists to clients, managed properties from A-D asset classes, and sold $100 MM in multifamily assets for institutional and private clients, asset management groups, private equity groups, syndicators, and banks.
Most recently Brad has become affiliated with the Note Advisory Services of Marcus & Millichap as an analyst and associate in Missouri and Mississippi.

Anja Jauregui joined Marcus & Millichap in 2017 and is a member Marcus & Millichap's National Manufactured Home Communities Group out of the Portland Office.
Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Anja spent over six years working in sales for the number one retail cosmetics brand in North America. In her prior position, she oversaw sales and training spanning a three state territory (Oregon, Idaho and Utah) and managed over 150 employees. By coaching and developing past employees in customer service skills she truly understands how to tune into client’s needs. She leverages years of customer service and sales experience to build long term client relationships.
Anja is a Portland native and received her bachelor’s in finance from Concordia University. Anja lives in Scappoose, Oregon with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys shopping and is a self-proclaimed foodie.
